Delete Account — Learn Chinese AI

If you would like to delete your account and associated data from Learn Chinese AI, please follow the steps below.

How to request account deletion

Send an email to:

support@fenixstudio.app

Subject: Account Deletion Request – Learn Chinese AI

Please include:

Your Google account email used to log in
Your display name (if available)

What data will be deleted

Account information (Google ID, email address)
Learning progress (stars, time, lesson completion)
Leaderboard data (rank, score, time)

What data may be retained

Purchase records required for legal/accounting purposes (Google Play billing records)
Anonymous analytics or crash logs (not linked to your identity)

Retention period

Account and associated personal data will be deleted within 30 days of receiving your request. Some data may be retained longer if required by law.
